Current Outages or Closures:
» City crews will remove a fire hydrant on D Street beginning at 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6. Work is expected to take about eight hours. City of Newton water customers on D Street between Brady Avenue and South Cline Avenue may experience a water service interruption anytime between 9 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 6 and 5 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 7. The fire hydrant being removed will be replaced at a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience as this important work is completed and thank you for your patience.
