NESTA Certified Personal Trainers Charles James and Bryan Waters will be available to provide "Fitness Prescriptions" to all Members.

In case of inclement weather, contact the Newton Recreation Department for opening schedule. (The Fitness Room will operate on Newton Conover City Schools Closing Schedule

Open to anyone 13 and Older (Children 13 – 15 must be accompanied by their parent.)
