Supervisor Terry Mick Caskey is a twenty five year veteran of the Newton Police Department. Law enforcement is Mick's third career in serving his fellow man. Prior to joining the Newton Police Department, Mick spent several years in the medical field and before that was a medic assigned to the 95th Evacuation Hospital in Da Nang, Vietnam. Mick is responsible for the Newton Police Department receiving many of the grants it has received during the past ten years. Mick is also responsible for the daily operations of the records and communications divisions.
