Our goal is to provide the highest level of service possible for the citizens, businesses and visitors in our community.

Overall, the City of Newton has a highly productive force of fire/rescue personnel whom are involved in multiple tasks. I feel that our personnel are among the most productive in the state.

It is with great pride that I serve with this group of dedicated firefighters. Our department has earned its reputation for excellent customer service through long tradition of professionalism and public concern.
