We are pleased to announce that we now offer the convenience of paying your utility bill at the collections counter at city hall with credit/debit card with no processing fee.
IF YOU MAKE A PAYMENT VIA THE WEB SITE OR MOBILE PLATFORM, WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER, DO NOT INCLUDE THE DASH “-“. FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU ACCOUNT NUMBER WAS 1234567-001 YOU WOULD ENTER YOUR ACCOUNT NUMBER AS 1234567001.
If you’re making a payment after your final payment date, please call customer service at 828-695-4301 and give the representative your confirmation number. Failure to contact customer service after making a payment after your final payment date could result in disconnection of service.
You may also pay your utility bill by phone by calling 888-272-9829. Once your call is connected, select option 3 and enter jurisdiction code 3887. There is a nominal fee for this service.
