Ribbon cutting held at Picadilli EmporiumA ribbon cutting was held at Picadilli Emporium in downtown Newton on February 2, 2012. Newton Mayor Anne Stedman, along with other elected officials, City staff, and merchants were on hand to welcome owners Arthur "Ott" Dillingham, his wife Elaine, and their son Jason and wife Deborah to the downtown business district. -
