Retirement reception held for long-time planning directorThe City of Newton held a retirement reception on Jan. 3 for Planning Director/Assistant City Manager Glenn J. Pattishall after 28 years of service to the City. Pattishall was hired as the City's first Planning Director on May 16, 1983. -
